Yes, you can access your test results and health records through our secure online patient portal. This will give you convenient access to your medical information anytime, anywhere. You can view your test results, track your health progress, and communicate with your AZOVA healthcare providers.

What payment options are available?
AZOVA accepts all major credit cards. If you have a visit fee, you will be shown the amount prior to confirming your visit request. For eligible plans, payments can be made with your health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) card.
Do you accept FSA/HSA?

Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, no. We are not directly contracted with any insurance companies at this time.

What behavioral health conditions do you not treat?
We currently do not treat crisis or emergency situations, schizophrenia, or bipolar type I disorder.
Who is eligible for your Behavioral Health services?
Psychiatry Services: Available for adults aged 18 and older in all 50 states and for children aged 12 and up in locations where available.
Therapy Services: Available for adults and children of all ages in all 50 states.
Please submit your registration, and we will match you with a qualified provider in your state. If we are unable to find a provider for you, we will provide a 100% refund with no questions asked.

How can I get help if I’m in crisis?

Can I get a prescription for my medications?
When you get a virtual psychiatry visit through AZOVA, they can prescribe medications that they deem appropriate for your treatment. However, AZOVA providers are unable to prescribe controlled substances such as Xanax®, Ativan® or Adderall®.
If you are currently taking a controlled substance that was not prescribed by an AZOVA provider, your AZOVA provider can see you as a patient, but will not renew a controlled substance prescription. In such cases, your AZOVA provider can recommend an in-person provider where necessary.
